Returns

Akadema Products: 

"Within 30 days of product receipt purchase, Evolution will accept only unused products and will offer a full product refund or store credit. This does not include shipping costs back to us. “Gently used” products will not be accepted. Closeout items are not accepted.

From 31-60 days of product receipt for products purchased: Evolution will offer a store credit. This does not include shipping costs back to us. Only unused items are eligible for a return. Closeout Items are not accepted.

After 60 days of product receipt: We will not accept any returns.

Shipping charges on returns either to or from a customer are not refunded.  The Refund will only consider the actual cost of the goods and  not consider consequential damages, inconveniences, damages, duty or customs fees, or misuse of product."

Marucci Products: 

Returns or exchanges are available for items purchased within 30 days from date of receipt. Please see below for specific conditions for return/exchange based on specific product categories.

  • Apparel, Bags, and Batting Gloves
    • Item must be in new condition and include all original tags
    • Item must not be washed, worn, or altered
  • Protective Gear
    • Item must be new and unused and include all original packaging
  • Metal Bats and Accessories
    • Item must be new and unused INSIDE all original packaging 
    • Customized items (engraving) are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Fielding Gloves
    • Pro-Fit Guarantee: 30-day return available for all non-personalized gloves
    • Item must be returned with all original packaging

Vinci Products: 

The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Axe Bats:

Axe Bat is proud to offer a 30 Day Guarantee on all current year non wood or wood composite models. Bats that qualify may be used in games, practices, and if you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving the bat, we’ll buy it back for the price in which it was purchased. Customer is responsible for shipping the bat back to Evolution Baseball Company and will be credited the full purchase price upon receipt of the bat. Please note: The 30 Day Guarantee is not a valid means to return a bat and purchase the same/different model at a discounted or sale price. Axe Customer Service representatives will utilize their judgement on each return and reserve the right to refuse the 30 Day Guarantee return based on not meeting the criteria above. For specific return questions, feel free to contact us. All non-warranty claims must be ran through the original store or retailer of purchase. For all other returns and exchanges, product must be in its original wrapper and non-used. Axe Bat must be contacted via the warranty form for any/all product returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Axe Bat will issue an RA number which must be clearly marked on the package that is being returned. In most cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless Axe Bat was at fault on the initial shipment.
